The following video gives a simple right hand picking warmup that involves "rolling" the four-note G6/Em7 chord that's found at the 7th fret.
You'll hear Josh use right hand finger notation borrowed from classical guitar discipline: P stands for thumb; I stands for index finger; M stands for middle finger; and A is for the 'ring' or fourth finger. Otherwise called PIMA.
